Basic Terms
Your site must not contain any racism, hatred, pornographic, religion intolerance content of any sorts
I don't mind what your site theme is
As long as you follow the terms, I'm happy :o)
My children do NOT go "surfing the net" with me, so your site doesn't have to be "viewable by my (insert age here) year old child"

You must give credit to me on EACH page you use my graphics on by using the logo provided for each graphic/set and link it back to http://charmeddoodles.com/. A Links page is not acceptable.

You must have the following scripts installed on EACH page you are using my graphics on:
No-right-click script, IE6-image-toolbar-disable & No Drag Image

You must save the graphics to your own computer and link from your own webserver. ABSOLUTELY NO direct linking to my files - this is bandwidth stealing and considered a crime by national and international law.

You must NOT alter my graphics in any way - no resizing, no recoloring, no adding to or taking away from, absolutely nothing to change, They are to be used as is. Exceptions will be stated clearly on my graphic pages, i.e. if you are allowed to add text to a banner or a card.

You must NOT create PSP tubes, brushes etc, email-stationary (Outlook, Incredimail & all other email programs/sites), sigtags, awards, banners, webring-logos, logos, buttons, cards, blinkies, quilt-squares or other graphics of any kind from my graphics.

You must NOT use them in emails including, but not limited to, Incredimail, Outlook or Outlook Express. You must NOT redistribute them in any kind, via email, in email groups, online groups of any sort or use them on message boards. You may of course use the sigtags i offer in your emails as long as you place a VISIBLE CLICKABLE text link back to http://charmeddoodles.com/.

I do NOT allow the use of my graphics (including) sigtags in msn groups - I am sorry for all of you honest people out there being a member of msn groups, but there is to much misuse by dishonest people and not enough protection available in these groups.

You must NOT create items for sale from my graphics. Absolutely NO profit is to be made creating items using my graphics.

Copyright of my graphics remains mine, even if you pay for my graphics from the purchase section, you're not becoming the owner of the graphic or the copyright to it. You are only borrowing the graphic(s) from me to use.

Please note that I will not sell my graphics to be used on any paid membership site.
On closed membership / members only Adoption Shoppe sites, or any sites that I cannot access myself, I require membership if you want to use my graphics. Please understand that I need to know if you are following my terms at all times. While I do want my graphics protected, I do not want them hidden from me!

All sales are final and no refunds will be made. By ordering one or more of my purchasable graphics you are accepting this.

If you haven't completed payment after 48 hours, your order will be deleted and the graphic be offered again to my other customers. Once your payment is confirmed, I'll send you the graphic with it's certificate/logo & a read me text doc in a zip file via email. All payments are to be made in US Dollars via paypal.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but at this time I'm only accepting paypal payments. You can make payments via paypal with any major credit card or verified bank account. I am PayPal verified

Commercial site Info

You may use my graphics to decorate your small home-based business commercial sites (i.e. mouse-made graphics, candles, soaps) as long as you follow the terms stated within this terms page. There's no additional fee for you but:

- you are NOT allowed to use my graphics on online auction pages, i.e. eBay. Online auctions are a great thing but most of them don't allow links to commercial sites, which my site is. So, if you can't link back to my site, you are not allowed to use my graphics. Thank you for your understanding :)

offline & digitizing use
(including but not limited to embroidery designs, cross stitch, printables) are not offered or allowed.
2 reasons, 1. my mom is only one with verbal & written permission from me to use my graphics for offline purposes and
2. I have no way to check that you are following the terms, so if I was to allow it I doubt you'd be willing to pay the very hefty price per graphic.

Tube Pack Terms

1. You may not recolor, edit, modify or change the tubes in any fashion
2. You must provide a link back to http://charmeddoodles.com/ on the same page the tube results are displayed on (your site only, not your users/buyers sites with exception to web sets/layouts/themes *see below) - example: tubes from Charmed Doodles (<-- must be clickable link back to url above
3. You may not resell them as is, they must be added to other graphics to make a new graphic .. i.e., sig tag, adoption, web set etc
4. You may not use them to trace/copy etc to make graphics of your own
5. They may not be turned into lineart/outlines, tubes {as is or after other graphics added to them}, etc
6. The finished graphic may only be used online, no offline use *see above terms
7. If used to make a web set/layout/theme, clickable credit must be given to Charmed Doodles http://charmeddoodles.com/ on the web set/layout/theme & supplied with the web set/layout/theme.
8. You may use the finished graphic in your free/pay member area as sigs, adoptions, web sets/themes/layouts etc - you must still give clickable credit on page & provide said credit with web sets/layouts/themes
9. You may make email stationary/letters with teh finished product - please give clickable credit back to here in the footer/credits section on the actual stat/letter.
10. Tubes as is may NOT be shared with any one for any reason, including but not limited to snag groups, friends, family
